Forklift Operator – Truss Yard (Night Shift)

The Forklift Operator will load/unload lumber, rotate stock and distribute material to and from production plants. Operators will work outside with physical duties requiring time on and off the forklift. Priorities include loading/unloading materials and large-scale finished trusses, ensuring production is staged with raw materials, inspecting product for quality standards prior to shipping, accurately using inventory control systems and basic yard/equipment maintenance. Qualified applicants will have forklift experience in lumber yards and/or out-door job sites, prior certification with LP powered lifts, excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Prefer candidates with experience building loads safely and efficiently in the building materials industry. Telehandler experience very beneficial. Competitive pay and excellent benefits package.
